Proficient Computing, Applications, and Programming is the highest level of computer proficiency that a learner can achieve. At this level, learners have acquired an in-depth understanding of computer science concepts and techniques and can apply them to solve complex problems.

The proficiency level covers a wide range of topics, including advanced programming concepts, data structures and algorithms, computer organization and architecture, database management, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.

Though this level is highly complex and challenging, we customized it to fit into high school learners' levels of understanding. At this level, we introduce learners to the skills and knowledge required to design, develop, and maintain complex computer systems. They are also introduced to different applications and programming languages such as HTML, C, C++, Java, Java Script, Python, and others.
