Position Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated lecturers to join our faculty and contribute to our academic community. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to student success and a desire to engage students in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops.
- Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and support students in their academic pursuits.
- Conduct research in your field of expertise and publish findings in relevant academic journals.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and community outreach programs.
- Stay current with developments in your field and integrate new knowledge into the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Professional Certificate, Associate degree, or higher in a Tech-related field (For DTech Lecturers)
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field (For DBiz Lecturers)
- Previous work experience in applicable fields.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or TVET level is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of students.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
Ability to efficiently utilize digital devices

Position Overview: The accountant will manage SONET's financial affairs, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to supporting educational missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Monitor and manage entity funds, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational financial regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular financial audits and assist with external audits.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to develop and manage budgets.
- Provide financial guidance and support for programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions.
- Assist in payroll processing and related financial tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of staff and stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
